Enrollment Process

STEP 1: Secure your seat in the course with a deposit payment ($500). You may pay with PayPal, a debit/credit card (3% fee applies) or with a cashier’s check (Payable to: Utah Microblading Corp), cash or Venmo (no fee)

STEP 2: If you are signing up for a BASICS CLASS (NOT a MASTERCLASS) please purchase your  Foundations of Fundamental Applications Handbook +  Student Workbook Combo for $199  (Have your workbook completed before attending class) 

STEP 3: Take Bloodborne Pathogen Training, with an approved training provider, to receive a Bloodborne Pathogens Training Certificate for Salt Lake County. You may find the list of approved training providers by clicking the link at the bottom.

STEP 4: All classes are hands on-you will be working on a live model in class. Utah Microblading is registered with the Salt Lake County Health Department as a Body Art Practitioner approved school. If you will be starting your business in the state of Utah you will need to register with the Health Department of your particular county in order for you to practice on models in your place of business. A curtesy link is provided below.
